A Message From Our Chair

As FY 2025 marked the first year of our new three-year Strategic Plan, Missouri Partnership made meaningful strides toward our long-term goals. We’re proud to report that job creation exceeded expectations, a testament to Missouri’s growing reputation as a hub for workforce-ready talent and business opportunity. While capital investment was lower than anticipated, the year brought forward strong leads and foundational wins that position us for future success.

FY 2025 was marked by continued collaboration, innovation, and proactive business outreach that kept Missouri at the forefront of site selection conversations. Our focus remains on building meaningful relationships, promoting the state's unique assets, and driving quality economic growth throughout Missouri.

We are energized by the momentum of this first year and grateful for the trust of our partners and stakeholders. Together, we are shaping a stronger, more resilient Missouri economy.

Sincerely,

Clifton M Smart III

Emeritus President Missouri State University
